Product returns due to delivery error
In the event that the customer receives products that are different or with different properties (e.g. different color or size) than what he ordered, he should contact us to return the products to check and determine the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to us as well as the costs of reshipping to the customer are borne by our company.
Returns of defective products
In the event that the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately to return the products for inspection and ascertainment of the defect.
The return of the product should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product, e.g. Receipt, Invoice, etc. and in its original packaging.
To return the product, the customer must cover the shipping costs to our company and our company bears the shipping costs for the replacement of the product.
Upon receipt of the product from our company, the mentioned defect is checked and the customer is informed about the results of the check. In order to exchange or return the product, the product must not have been damaged by the customer and must not be incomplete.
If the defect is found, the product is replaced or the order is canceled and a refund is made if there is no product with corresponding characteristics.
In case of cancellation of the order, the refund of the purchase money is made in the same way as your initial payment to our company was made.
Our company undertakes to refund the amount no later than 14 days from the cancellation of the order, while there may be a longer delay from the issuing bank, something we have no control over and are not responsible for.
Right of withdrawal without reason
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
The packaging of the products must not have been opened and the goods put into operation.
This withdrawal is without justification and without any charge and if the product has already been delivered, the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, the forms that accompany it and its packaging in excellent condition.
The return of the product is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the cases that are excluded by the current legislation or to products that are not suitable for resale if they have been unsealed and/or used or to products that are ordered upon order.
The declaration of withdrawal is made in writing or electronically and our company will inform the customer by email as soon as it is received.
After receiving the withdrawal statement, our company is obliged to return the price received within 14 days at most from the receipt of the products, while there may be a longer delay from the issuing bank, something over which we have no control and are not responsible.
The refund to the customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made.
In case of opening the packaging or putting the products into operation, their value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in value from the opening of the package and the subsequent classification of the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by our company.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer.
